This notice explains how RIST, a performance marketing studio based in Los Angeles, California, handles information collected through rist.agency.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your email address and anything else you choose to add: your name, company, message, preferred contact method and phone number, website, the service you’re interested in and your approximate monthly ad spend. Please don’t include passwords or account credentials.

Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement and keep a record of that conversation. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email delivery service, and stored in our business email account. If we later add analytics or advertising tags, this notice will be updated before they go live.

Cookies

This website currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents can request access to and deletion of their personal information.
