Dashboards & reporting
A clearer view for better decisions.
Custom dashboards and reporting workflows that bring the numbers you need into a consistent, understandable view.
Discuss dashboards & reportingWhat kind of dashboard can RIST build?
A dashboard can connect marketing performance, funnel stages, CRM outcomes or a defined operational process. The starting point is the decision it should support and the data you can actually access.
What the work covers.
Define the decisions
Choose the questions, audience and actions the report must support before selecting charts.
Agree on the metrics
Document definitions, source systems, date ranges, attribution assumptions and refresh expectations.
Build the useful view
Connect the available data and create readable summaries, comparisons and drill-downs that fit the task.
Validate and hand over
Reconcile sample records, explain known gaps and document how the dashboard stays current.
What we start with
The business questions, source systems, available data access, sample reports and the people who will use the dashboard.
How we judge progress
Reconciled source totals, reliable updates, clear metric definitions and whether the dashboard reduces effort or supports a real decision.
How it is scoped
Usually a fixed-scope reporting project, with optional recurring maintenance or reporting support. Cost depends on sources, data quality, transformations and refresh needs.
Scope and costs.
A dashboard cannot repair unavailable or inconsistent data on its own. Data cleanup, connectors, subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are separate scope items when required.
Before we begin.
Can this replace my spreadsheet reporting?
Often, but the first step is to understand which calculations and decisions the spreadsheet supports. Some useful workflows should remain simple.
Will the data be real time?
Only where the sources, tools and scope support it. We agree on a useful refresh schedule rather than promising real time by default.
Can you build a dashboard without managing marketing?
Yes. A reporting or dashboard project can be purchased independently.
